Methods of parameterization and monitoring Sample Clauses

Methods of parameterization and monitoring of droughts based on ground- based observations In the traditional definitions of drought and its parameters, meteorological data are used, such as precipitation, soil and air surface temperature, soil and air humidity, etc. For various environmental conditions, various indices have been proposed to monitor drought. One index, universal, optimal for the entire region at the time of writing, does not exist. Table 2 shows the main indices most widely distributed in the region under consideration. • Evaluation, Testing, and Monitoring 1. The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards.

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • COVID-19 Protocols Contractor will abide by all applicable COVID-19 protocols set forth in the District’s Reopening and COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and the safety guidelines for COVID-19 prevention established by the California Department of Public Health and the Ventura County Department of Public Health.

  • Integration and Modification This agreement includes the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements regarding the same subject. The agreement may be modified only by a written agreement signed by authorized representative of the parties.

  • Implementation and Management 1.1 Properly constituted Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Committees or, where there is no OH&S Committee, Site Safety Supervisors/Safety Officers in conjunction with worker representatives, are the appropriate bodies to implement and administer alcohol and drug policy/programs (* see below).

  • Implementation Program 1. The Borrower shall:

  • Implementation of Agreement Each Party must promptly execute all documents and do all such acts and things as is necessary or desirable to implement and give full effect to the provisions of this Agreement.
