Common use of Method of Redemption Clause in Contracts

In case the Company shall desire to exercise its right to redeem the Warrants, it shall mail a notice of redemption to the Holder, first class, postage prepaid, not later than the 30th day before the date fixed for redemption, at its last address as shall appear in the records of the Company.
