Method of Performance. The Consultant shall determine the method, details, and means of performing and fulfilling his or her duties hereunder.

Consultant shall report, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Company, the extent and nature of the activities being performed under the terms of this Agreement as requested by the Company. Consultant agrees to devote sufficient time to complete performance of the services described herein. Additionally, the services must be provided by the Consultant personally and cannot be assigned to a third party.

We also retain consultants from time to time to assist in developing our intellectual property. However, We never subcontract out any Service other than device installations from time to time.

Xxxxxxx, in conjunction with its personnel, will determine the method, details, and means of performing the work to be carried out for Subscriber, including the use of sub-contractors if deemed necessary. Method of Performance. During the Consulting Term, Consultant shall provide the Company with the Services in regards to advice, connections and introduction. The Consultant, as an independent contractor, may determine the method, manner and means of performing the Services to be carried out for the Company. In performing the Services, Consultant shall (a) act in the Company’s best interest at all times, (b) conduct himself at the highest professional standards of ethics and integrity, (c) use his good faith efforts and skills to preserve the business of the Company and the goodwill of employees and persons having business relations with the Company, (d) devote as much time, energy and effort as is necessary to perform the Services in accordance with the highest professional standards, (e) comply with all written Company codes of conduct and all written Company policies and procedures that may be implicated by his provision of the Services, and (f) conduct the Services in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
Method of Performance. Reseller will request the Services from Experian by electronic means. Each such request will contain sufficient identifying information concerning the Consumer about whom the information is requested to enable Experian to perform the Services and will identify, in the manner specified by Experian, the fact that the request is being made by Reseller. If so requested by Reseller, Experian will attempt to provide the Services by means of automated processing (CPU to CPU).
Method of Performance. All communications between the Parties regarding this protocol may be carried out by post or by telefax. In the latter case, messages shall be regarded as valid and binding provided that the telefax sender ID belongs to the counterparty and the original document appears to have been signed by a representative of the counterparty.
