METHOD OF ORDERING. 7.1. As requirements arise, authorized individuals may place orders for specific quantities of items covered in this contract. Regardless of the method of ordering used, the contract and any subsequent modifications determine performance time and dates. Performance under this contract is not to begin until receipt of the purchase order, Procurement Card order, or other notification to proceed by the County Purchasing Agent and/or County agency to proceed.

METHOD OF ORDERING. A. All purchases of Products by WorldCom shall be made by means of purchase orders ("Order(s)") issued from time to time by WorldCom.
METHOD OF ORDERING. If the Owner determines that the Contractor is not maintaining sites to its satisfaction, Owner’s representative will contact Contractor. Response time to work shall be within 72 hours after notification from PSA. Contractor may request additional time at the time of notification. PSA Director reserves the right to grant or refuse the request. In either case, if the Contractor fails to provide the services at the agreed upon time, PSA reserves the right to procure the said services from another source and hold Contractor responsible for any resulting purchase and administrative costs. Owner shall not hold Contractor responsible for the purchase and administrative costs if mowing frequency at the site(s) in question, as specified in attached table, have been met for the year.
