Method of Implementation. The Contracting Parties shall implement the Programme by undertaking one or more tasks (the "Task" or "Tasks") each of which will be open to participation by two or more Contracting Parties as provided in Article 2 hereof. The Contracting Parties which participate in a particular Task are, for the purposes of that Task, referred to in this Agreement as "Participants".
Method of Implementation. Employees whose classification is upgraded shall be placed at the step of the new salary group, which is closest to, but not less than his/her current salary (upgrading by the round up method).
Method of Implementation. (a) Where the applicant is a registered teacher, that teacher will have their classification (consistent with clause 7.1.1) advanced to the appropriate classification determined having regard to both their years of service as a teacher and the quantum of service recognised in accordance with this clause (clause 7.5).

Method of Implementation. The programme will be implemented on a centralised basis by the European Commission following Article 53.1(a) of Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) Nr. 1605/2002 on the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities1 (the Financial Regulation: FR) as further detailed in the rules for the implementation of that Council Regulation (Implementing Rules: IR).2
Method of Implementation. Different methods of implementation of the 38 hour week may apply to individual employees, or groups or sections of employees in a facility.

The ex ante control by the European Commission shall apply to the tendering of contracts, launch of call for proposals and the award of contracts and grants until the European Commission allows for decentralised management without ex ante controls as referred in Article 18 of the IPA Implementing Regulation.

The Beneficiary Country will ensure that the conditions laid down in Art. 164 (1) (a) - (e) of the Financial Regulation are respected at all times. The Commission reserves the right to take the necessary measures, including suspension of funds, if it considers that these conditions are not met. Prior to the accreditation of Implementing Agencies foreseen by Art. 12 (2) of Regulation 1266/19993, project selection, tendering and contracting by the Beneficiary Country will be subject to ex-ante approval by the Commission. The implementation of the Neighbourhood programme will follow the Implementing Guidelines for Phare CBC/Tacis and Phare CBC/Cards borders, issued by the Commission on 15 July 2004.
