Method of Exercise; Payment of Exercise Price. (a) In order to exercise a Warrant, the Holder thereof must (i) surrender the Warrant Certificate evidencing such Warrant to the Company, with the form on the reverse of or attached to the Warrant Certificate duly executed, and (ii) pay in full the Exercise Price then in effect for the shares of Underlying Stock as to which a Warrant Certificate is submitted for exercise in the manner provided in paragraph (b) of this Section 3.04.
