The wages in Appendix A reflect the campus salary program for the 2017-2018 academic year, which is one (1.00) percent. Automotive Technicians and Automotive Body Repair Technicians shall receive an additional $0.10 per hour in the first year of the Agreement. Wages for the second year of this agreement shall be increased by either one percent or the campus salary program, whichever is greater. Wages for the third year of this agreement shall be increased by either one percent or the campus salary program, whichever is greater.

No employee shall have his/her wages, differentials or premium pay lowered as a result of this Agreement, unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement. The parties agree to the wage scales specified in Appendix C.

Administration of the compensation program under this Agreement shall be as provided in University of Illinois “Policy and Rules” for the Open Range Compensation Plan, unless provided to the contrary by the specific terms of this Agreement.

Signing Bonus All bargaining unit employees employed by the University as of the date that the Agreement is fully executed shall receive a one-time signing bonus of two hundred dollars ($200) that shall not be added to their base pay. This bonus shall be received on the no deduction check in March, 2022.
