Method of Disbursement and Delivery. (a) All disbursements of money made in accordance with the provisions of this Article 5 shall be made by wire transfer as may be directed by the Corporation or the Investor, as the case may be, less all amounts required to be withheld by law, including without limitation, under the Income Tax Act (Canada).

The Escrowed Funds deposited by the Company with the Subscription Receipt Agent in Canadian dollars, shall be returned to the Subscription Receiptholders or the Company, as applicable, in Canadian dollars.
