Method of Computing Compensation. (a) Direct Labor Rates. The direct labor rates in Appendix C shall be fixed at that level until 12 months after effective date of this Agreement. Direct Salary Rates in Appendix C may be adjusted 12 months after the effective date of this Agreement. No single rate may be increased by more than three percent without prior written approval of the SFMTA.
