Meters and Meter Reading. The electric energy to be delivered under this Agreement shall be X measured by a meter or meters ("Meter") selected, provided, and installed by SPS. Each Meter shall be tested and calibrated by SPS in accordance with its normal practices and as required under the applicable SPS tariff and/or rules and regulations on file with any regulatory body having jurisdiction (individually referred to herein as “SPS Tariff” or “SPS rules and regulations” or collectively referred to as the “SPS Tariff and/or rules and regulations”). X If SPS determines that a Meter is incorrect or inaccurate, SPS shall either restore that Meter to an accurate condition or install a new Meter. Customer shall have the right at any time to request SPS to test a Meter. If a Meter test made by SPS at Customer's request discloses that the Meter is registering within the accuracy standards established by the X American National Standards Institute, Inc. ("ANSI Standards"), Customer shall bear the expense of the test. The X expense of all other tests shall be borne by SPS. If any test establishes that a Meter is registering above or below the ANSI Standards, any resulting prior over- X or under-xxxxxxxx will be addressed in accordance with the applicable SPS Tariff and/or rules and regulations. X For any period that a Meter fails to register, for billing purposes, it shall be assumed that consumption during that period was the same as consumption for a like period of like operation (to be agreed upon by the Parties), during which the Meter was in service and operating. SPS shall cause the Meter to be read in accordance with all applicable rules of any regulatory body having jurisdiction and at intervals approximately thirty (30) days apart.

Meters and Meter Reading. 1. Meters shall be Meter Reading instrument (MRI) compliant or AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) or AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) compliant for recording meter readings.
Meters and Meter Reading. As of the Effective Date, meters at the Points of Delivery are provided for under the Power and Transmission Agreements. Unless provided by Bonneville pursuant to the Power and Transmission Agreements or any subsequent agreement between Bonneville and Cheney, Avista and/or Cheney shall own and maintain all meters, including meters for Generating Projects, used to determine any billing associated with this Agreement, a service agreement under the Tariff providing for the delivery of electric power to the Point(s) of Delivery, or any other agreement between the Parties. Meters at the Point(s) of Delivery and Generating Project(s) shall be read pursuant to the Meter Reading and Meter Test Procedures outlined in Exhibit B.

  • Meter Reading At least once each Billing Period, the Servicer shall obtain usage measurements from the Applicable MDMA for each Consumer; provided, however, that the Servicer may estimate any Consumer’s usage determined in accordance with applicable CPUC Regulations and Servicer Policies and Practices; and, provided, further, that the Servicer may obtain usage measurements from the Applicable ESP for Consumers receiving services from such ESP if the respective ESP Service Agreement so provides.

  • Meter Readings If applicable, the Customer shall provide accurate and timely meter readings at the end of each applicable billing period on the forms or other alternative means specified by Vendor. Vendor shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice to Customer, and during Customer’s regular business hours, to inspect the equipment and to monitor the meter readings. If Customer meter readings are not received in the time to be agreed upon by the parties, the meter readings may be obtained electronically or by other means or may be estimated by Vendor subject to reconciliation when the correct meter reading is received by Vendor.

  • Inputs 921 The following resources constitute a suitable, but neither exhaustive nor normative suite of the process inputs:

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Net Metering If you generate electricity from a renewable generating facility to offset your electricity consumption and/or use net metering at any time during the term of this Agreement, you must notify Starion.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None
