Common use of Metering Equipment Clause in Contracts

Metering Equipment. Suitable metering equipment at the metering points as described in Section 4.03 above shall include electric meters, potential and current transformers, and such other appurtenances as shall be necessary to give for each direction of flow the following quantities: (i) an automatic record of the kilowatt-hours for each clock-hour, and (ii) a continuous integration record of the kilowatt-hours.

Suitable metering equipment at the metering points as described provided in Section 4.03 Paragraph 5.01 above shall include electric meters, potential and current transformers, and such other appurtenances as shall be necessary to give for each direction of flow the following quantities: (i) a continuous automatic graphic record of both kilowatts and kilovars; an automatic record of the kilowatt-hours kilowatthours for each clock-clock hour, ; and (ii) a continuous integration integrating record of the kilowatt-hourskilowatthours.
