Merchant Portal. You acknowledge and agree that Paymark may, at its sole discretion, determine what information, data, features and functionality is made available to you via the Merchant Portal. You agree to comply with any terms that Paymark may specify in relation to your use of the Merchant Portal. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those on the Merchant Portal, the terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to the extent of that inconsistency. Paymark will supply you with user names and passwords to enable you to access the Merchant Portal. You must keep such user names and passwords secure and made known only to authorised users and will be responsible for all use of the Merchant Portal, both during and after the term of this Agreement, through use of your user names and passwords. If you breach any term of this Agreement or the terms of use of the Merchant Portal, Paymark may disable your user names and passwords.

Transaction notice – data communication (request or response) that is electronically stored information within the E-Commerce Payment Services irrespective if the response is positive or negative or if the response is received or not.
