Merchant Participation. Merchant agrees to participate in VIP’s program for the acceptance of payment and processing of pre-paid transactions (“Transactions”) of service providers (“Providers”) selected and provided by VIP and listed on Schedule 1 to these Terms and Conditions to Pre-paid Transaction Services Agreement (the “Schedule”) as may be amended by VIP from time to time. Merchant shall (1) accept payment from customers for Transactions on behalf of VIP; (2) process such Transactions via point-of-sale (“POS”) terminals/POS software provided by VIP to Merchant and (3) make payment to VIP for such Transactions, all in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Terms not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Pre-paid Transaction Services Agreement.

Merchant Participation. Franchisee shall accommodate any Old Town Merchant requesting booth space at the Event. However, Old Town Merchants requesting booth space will be subject to the same requirements as other vendors in the Event and shall be required to comply with Franchisee’s operational requirements and vendor fee structure. Customer Service. Franchisee shall maintain a log of complaints and other matters of concern that pertain to the Event. The log shall include the name of the complainant, a description of the complaint, how Franchisee resolved the complaint, the date that Franchisee first became aware of the complaint and the date of resolution. Franchisee shall endeavor to resolve all complaints in a timely manner. Any complaint or matter of concern that, after a reasonable effort by Franchisee, is not resolved shall be reported immediately to the City and, if necessary, heard by the Oversight Committee as a grievance. The log shall be provided to the City monthly, and shall be subject to review, direction and action by City. Public Safety. As the Friday Night Family Street Fair generates a high level of pedestrian activity, Franchisee develop for City approval a security plan for the Event. At a minimum, it is expected that Franchisee shall retain and assign at least four individuals to serve as security for the Event. It shall be the duty and obligation of Franchisee and the security personnel to ensure all vehicle and pedestrian thoroughfares are maintained in compliance with federal and state ADA access requirements, and that vendor booths comply with appropriate pathway clearance. Should the City require additional security officers, Franchisee and City shall meet and confer to amend this section of the Agreement.
Merchant Participation a. Participation in the "Xxxx xxx Ta" campaign is voluntary for the Merchant and is governed by the terms outlined in this schedule and the main Agreement.

  • Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.

  • Participation Contributor will participate in any Work Groups (defined in the Policy) identified above, and any other Work Groups that it actually participates in or notifies ODIF that it wants to participate in, according to the rules and procedures in the then-current OpenID Process Document (“Process Document”), which is fully incorporated into this Agreement by this reference, and subject to the Policy.
