Merchant Agreement. The Owner Guarantees the Performance of all of the representations, warranties, covenants (collectively, the “Representations”) made by Merchant in this Security Agreement and the Agreement, as each agreement may be renewed, amended, extended or otherwise modified (the “Guaranteed Obligations”). To the extent there is no violation of the Representations then the Owner(s) will not guaranty the payment of the Purchase Amount by the Merchant, or guaranty that the Merchant will generate Future Receivables sufficient to meet its obligations under the Merchant Agreement.
Merchant Agreement. CCC will require all Customers accepted for participation in the Merchant Program to execute a Merchant Agreement. No such Merchant Agreement will be required when Bank and CCC have taken an assignment of an equivalent document.

Merchant Agreement. The agreement with appendices entered with the Merchant regarding the right to use the BankID Merchant Certificate. Ordering routines: The Company's current procedures for ordering and changing the BankID Certificate and the BankID Service(s).
Merchant Agreement. At such time as the parties may agree that Ericsson shall be an official merchant on the CollegeClub Website, then the parties shall execute a Merchant Agreement.
