The clear width shall be permitted to be reduced to 32 inches minimum for a length of 24 inches maximum provided that reduced width segments are separated by segments that are 48 inches long minimum and 36 inches wide minimum.   • Merchandise Programs, T-shirts, souvenirs, posters, novelty items, clothing apparel, and recorded media will be sold in the Centre only by BCEC Management or representatives nominated by it, unless BCEC Management agrees in writing to waive this condition. BCEC Management will retain 18% (including GST) of gross merchandise sales. All revenue derived from the sale of motion pictures, still photography, television or radio recordings, or other similar rights, is to be subject to a seperate agreement between Hirer and BCEC Management. 26 Additional Responsibilities In addition to its responsibilities under clause 7.1, Xxxxx must:

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

  • Pavement The combined surface course, base course, and subbase course, if any, considered as a single unit.

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • Classroom Interruptions Classroom interruptions shall be kept to a minimum. Principals shall establish schedules for the use of the intercom services in each school, including staff use. The schedule shall be posted. Deviations from the schedule shall be made only in an emergency or when other means of communication are not possible or feasible.

  • Luggage (i) Tour participants are entitled to one suitcase per person. Your suitcase must not exceed 76 x 53 x 28cms (30’’ x 21’’x 11’’) and must not weigh more than 23kg (50lbs).
