Memorandum of Contract. At the request of any party hereto, a Memorandum of this Agreement shall be recorded in the recording offices of each and every County in which the Timberlands are located.
Memorandum of Contract. Upon request of either party, the parties shall execute a memorandum of contract in recordable form setting forth such provisions hereof (other than the Purchase Price and other sums due) as either party may wish to incorporate. Such memorandum of contract shall contain a statement that it automatically terminates and the property is released from any effect thereby as of a specific date to be stated in the memorandum (which specific date shall be no later than the Closing Date). The cost of recording such memorandum of contract shall be borne by the party requesting same.
Memorandum of Contract. This Contract shall not be recorded or otherwise filed or made a matter of public record or lien records and any attempt to record or file same by Buyer shall be deemed a default by Buyer hereunder.
Memorandum of Contract. Purchaser covenants and agrees that in no event will Purchaser record or cause to be recorded this Agreement or any memorandum hereof and that Purchaser's breach of this provision shall represent a default of the nature governed by Subsection 15(a) hereof and Sellers shall have all of the rights and remedies provided under
Memorandum of Contract. Upon the request of either party, both parties will promptly execute a memorandum of this Contract suitable for filing of record.
Memorandum of Contract. This Contract shall not be recorded, but the parties hereto shall, upon the request of either party hereto, execute, acknowledge and deliver at any time after the date hereof, a memorandum of this Contract.
Memorandum of Contract. Each party hereto reserves the right to obtain upon request the execution by the parties of a Memorandum of Contract suitable for recordation in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Xxxxx County. The requesting party shall pay all expenses for preparation and recordation of said Xxxxxxxxxx(s). This Contract itself may not be recorded without the prior written permission of Xxxxx and Seller.
Memorandum of Contract. The Parties hereto agree that this Agreement shall not be recorded.
Memorandum of Contract. At the sale by Public Auction this 10th day of March 2021 of the Properties comprised in the foregoing particulars that is to say rights, title, interest and benefits in the Properties identified as follows:
Memorandum of Contract.
