MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING. Any communications that the Contract Manager for either party determines to be a communication that is intended to address more than just day-to-day concerns, but which do not modify the terms of this Contract, shall be documented by a written, numbered Memo of Understanding.

MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING. In the event the State Board of Education adopts rules and regulations which become final regarding full inclusion, the Board will solicit input from the Association on ways to implement any mandates found in the rules and regulations. The Superintendent, at the direction of the Board, will issue a directive to all administrators that if any administrator wishes to evaluate any extra-curricular position performance, the evaluation shall be separate and not be part of the formal classroom evaluation process.
MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING. The Board of Education of Lockport Township High School District 205 (“Board”) and the District 205 Council American Federation of Teachers Local 604 AFL-CIO (“Union”) have reached the following understanding with respect to six percent (6%) creditable earnings for teachers and hereby acknowledge and agree that the parties’ understanding is fully and accurately set forth below.

MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING. 44 2004-2006 AGREEMENT This Agreement made and entered into by and between the County of Kenosha, Wisconsin, hereinafter referred to as the County, and the Kenosha County Courthouse and Social Services Clerical Employees Local 990, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the Union, is as follows:
MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING. There may be situations that arise during the length of this Agreement whereupon language is unclear to both the Guild and the City. When both sides agree a misunderstanding of the language exists, discussion and agreement may be reached and reduced to a written Memorandum of Understanding within thirty (30) days of the agreement. Any agreed upon and signed Memorandum of Understandings shall be sequentially numbered, (e.g., 2000-1) and titled for content (e.g., School Officers’ Hours).
MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING. The District and the WAA will work together during the current 2012-2021 contractual agreement to facilitate the District’s move to a “year around school” setting in select building(s) as well as the new “Middle School Math/Science Technology Center”. Other necessary relocations of educational programs will also be addressed as determined by District needs.
