Membership Term. Once the Program Membership Fee (if applicable) and any enrollment fee (if applicable) is paid, a Member shall be entitled to all Services for the Membership Term the Member selects at the time of enrollment commencing on the date of AAA’s receipt of the enrollment. Members may select from Membership Terms offered at the time of enrollment. Membership term shall be monthly unless otherwise selected at the time of enrollment.
Membership Term. The period covered by the first month’s dues, as well as any additional days of Membership for which payment is received by FITNESS HOLDINGS, are the “Paid Period” for the Dues Membership. The “Paid Period” is the term of this Membership Agreement.
Membership Term. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The conditions set forth shall apply to the initial term and all renewals. The membership year for each purchasing cooperative program commences on September 1 through August 31 of each calendar year. The annual special membership fee covers enrollment through the end of a membership year only.
Membership Term. The Membership Term, and Member’s obligations to pay monthly Membership Dues, will start as of the date listed above, and will end on the last day of the twelfth month following the start date (“Membership End Date”). For example, if the start date is noted as September 1st, the membership term will end on September 30th of the following year. If the Membership Term begins on a date other than the first of the month, Membership Dues will be prorated for the remainder of that month. The term of MonthtoMonth Memberships will begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the same month. Membership Dues for MonthtoMonth Memberships will not be prorated based on the actual start date if after the first of the month.
Membership Term. Once a Member has been successfully enrolled into the Program, a Member shall be entitled to all Services commencing on the date of COMPANY’s receipt of the enrollment. Either COMPANY or Member may terminate the Membership at any time for any reason and Member shall be entitled to all Services until either party terminates the Membership.
Membership Term. Steering Committee members shall be appointed for a five-year term, with the option to renew for a second five-year term. The Committee member’s successor will typically be his or her designated delegate.
Membership Term. The term of this Agreement (“Term”) corresponds with the duration of the membership package referenced in the Membership Selection (“Membership Package”) and commences on the date of this Agreement.

The initial term of membership (“Initial Term”) shall begin from the date the Agreement is fully executed by the duly authorized representatives of the Parties (“Effective Date”) and shall continue in force through the last day of the calendar year in which the Effective Date falls (“Anniversary Date”); provided that the Initial Member Fee set forth in Section 2(a) above shall be for the period through December 31, . Thereafter, this Agreement shall renew for successive one- year terms (“Renewal Terms”) beginning on the Anniversary Date, at the option of the Member. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Initial Term or any Renewal Term may be terminated if CCSR is dissolved as provided in Section 10(a) or terminated as provided in Section 10(b) or 10(c).
