Membership Materials. The District will provide a CSEA, Chapter 360 membership application in the information packet provided to each new employee within the bargaining unit. The District will distribute materials furnished by the CSEA, Chapter 360, bargaining unit to all new employees who are assigned to the CSEA, Chapter 360, bargaining unit.
Membership Materials. By advance notification, a representative of the Union shall be allowed to attend new employee orientation, provided the Union representative is not on the clock. Membership materials provided by the Union, when available, shall be distributed to new hires at the orientation meeting by the Human Resources representatives. Upon request, the date and time of the next orientation meeting shall be provided to the Union.

The District will include a link to a welcome letter from the Association that includes links to membership materials and applications in their onboarding materials for new hires. If the District delivers onboarding materials in a paper format, the letter from the Association will be included.

INSURER agrees that it shall not utilize the marketing materials, logos, trade names, service marks or other materials belonging to FHKC, without FHKC's consent that shall not be unreasonably withheld. INSURER shall be responsible for all preparation, cost and distribution of member handbooks, plan documents, materials, and orientation, for FHKC Participants. Materials will be appropriate to the population served and unique to the Program. All membership materials and documents which are distributed to FHKC Participants must be reviewed and approved by FHKC prior to distribution. INSURER agrees to provide FHKC with a copy of all such documents for review on an annual basis.
