Membership Levels. Three Membership Levels are available to sign up for as a Premier Basketball Travel Team. Your Membership Level is based on how many tournaments you sign up for and pay to play in. You can mix event levels and membership levels to obtain the best pricing. (Example: If you commit to one Level 1 Event, two Level 2 Events and four Level 3 Events, then you are committed to six events which makes you a Level 1 Member.) YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR THE TOURNAMENTS ON THE PREMIER BASKETBALL TOURNAMENTS WEBSITE BEFORE YOU MAIL THIS FORM TO US. You DO NOT have to pay for the tournaments at this time, but all tournaments must be paid for by the due date or this agreement will be terminated. The level you apply for WILL NOT be set up until you have registered for the amount of tournaments you agree to play in. Your discount on uniforms and gear are also based on what level you sign up for.
