Membership in Medical Staff. Subject to Section 8.5, all Physicians engaged in performing the Services must be members of the Medical Staff with privileges entitling them to perform surgical services of the type and character of the Services. The Operator shall be responsible to AHS to ensure that the provisions of this Section are continuously complied with.

Membership in Medical Staff. All physicians engaged in performing the Services must be members of the Medical Staff for Capital Health with privileges entitling them to perform surgical services of the type and character of the Services. For purposes of ensuring that the application of the Capital Health Medical Staff Discipline and General by-laws and the Rules and Regulations made pursuant thereto to Medical Staff while providing care at the Facility, the Facility shall be designated as a hospital site of Capital Health under the Nova Scotia Hospitals Act only in relation to the Facility and the Operator’s role in providing the Services. The Operator shall be responsible to Capital Health to ensure that the provisions of this Section are continuously complied with.

  • Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) System The CMBHS is the official record of documentation by System Agency. Grantee shall:

  • Board Member Training Within 90 days after the Effective Date, each member of the Board of Directors shall receive at least two hours of training. This training shall address the corporate governance responsibilities of board members, and the responsibilities of board members with respect to review and oversight of the Compliance Program. Specifically, the training shall address the unique responsibilities of health care Board members, including the risks, oversight areas, and strategic approaches to conducting oversight of a health care entity. This training may be conducted by an outside compliance expert hired by the Board and should include a discussion of the OIG’s guidance on Board member responsibilities.‌ New members of the Board of Directors shall receive the Board Member Training described above within 30 days after becoming a member or within 90 days after the Effective Date, whichever is later.
