Membership hold. You can suspend your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 16 weeks on two occasions during each 12-month period of your membership. When the stated hold period or maximum 16 weeks has passed, the membership will automatically be restarted. Holds are not valid for Membership Specials.

Membership hold. Indoor Archery WA will only hold your membership in accordance with the Indoor Archery WA membership hold policy as amended.

In the event Member places the Membership on hold, the License granted herein is suspended and Member may not participate in the Program or order Program Materials. Memberships are continuous and remain in effect, regardless of attendance, until written notice or “Hold Form” is filled out and turned in by the member. NO refunds for hold notices received after a monthly draft has been processed. Annual memberships will terminate upon expiration unless renewed by the member. Members are aware of and agree to NCH Wellness Hold Policy outlined in this application.

  • Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. Up to two (2) advisors from the Ministry of Education shall act in a resource capacity to the committee. Other persons may attend meetings in order to provide support and resources as mutually agreed. You are bound by all safe sport rules, policies and procedures whether published by USA Gymnastics or the U.S. Center for Safe Sport (“Center”), as well as all applicable state, federal, and local laws, including applicable criminal laws. You consent to the jurisdiction of the Center. Any discipline imposed by the Center or USA Gymnastics extends to your participation in all aspects of the Olympic Movement. You agree that any disciplinary measure, whether interim or final, whether imposed before or after the date of this Agreement, whether expired or in effect, may be posted on our website or otherwise publicly published and may include information identifying you and describing the misconduct alleged. You authorize USA Gymnastics and its members to disclose, in good faith, any information or honestly held opinions about you, including without limitation any membership records, USA Gymnastics SafeSport or Center information, or other disciplinary information, with any current or potential employer of yours. You further agree that USA Gymnastics may disclose any information provided by, or about, you as USA Gymnastics determines is reasonably necessary to comply with any law, regulation, legal process, or any request by any governmental body or agency, the Center, or the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (“USOPC”). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU FOREVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE USA GYMNASTICS AND/OR ITS MEMBERS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR CLAIM OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHETHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, WHETHER NOW EXISTING OR ACCRUING IN THE FUTURE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY INFORMATION OR OPINIONS DISCLOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION.

  • Membership Interests The Sole Member currently owns one hundred percent (100%) of the percentage interests in the Company.

  • Unit Members Whenever used in this Agreement, the term “Employee” shall mean all classroom teachers (pre- K-12), counselors, librarians (and/or their successor job title and/or classification), psychologists, social workers, home and hospital teachers, department heads, master teachers, academic coaches, instructional associates, instructional support teachers, educational associates, speech/language speech-language pathologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, facilitators, consulting teachers, IEP Team Associates, pupil personnel worker, teacher – mentor, teacher – staff developer, and art, music and physical education resource teachers.

  • Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. Members have the ability to change their plan from one plan to another but the plans cannot be unbundled.
