Membership Details. I acknowledge and agree that I will maintain my membership and pay the dues specified above. The membership is on a month-to-month basis and is valid until cancelled. By providing my checking account, debit card or credit card information I am allowing Notch 8 to automatically withdraw dues and fees as they come due each first of the month. Family Memberships: Family is defined as spouse or children living in the same household. Only one member is allowed to satisfy dues. If a family membership drops to one member, the Dues change to the Individual rate in effect at that time.
