Membership and Actions of the Committee. (a) The Committee shall at all times consist of a minimum of three (3) individuals, all of whom shall be Participants. Any member of the Committee may resign upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Corporation. Moreover, any member of the Committee may be removed at any time by the Corporation.
