Member’s Responsibility. Members of the PWC shall be responsible for the following:
Member’s Responsibility. At the request of CFFT, if CFFT determines it shall be beneficial to the Study, the Parties shall establish a review committee (the “Study Review Committee” or “SRC”), which shall consist of two (2) representatives from each of TG and CFFT and a fifth (5th) member mutually acceptable to both Parties (the “Neutral Member”). Each Party may replace any or all of its representatives on the SRC at any time upon written notice to the other Party in accordance with Section 11.6 of this Agreement. The Neutral Member may only be replaced upon the mutual consent of both Parties. In the event the SRC is formed, the SRC’s only responsibility shall be to review the Study results and determine whether the Success Criteria have been met.
Member’s Responsibility. Member recognizes that there are hazards connected with activities at Augy’s. On behalf of Member, Member’s spouse, and any dependent designated in Member’s Application, Member knowingly and voluntarily assumes the risk of such hazards. If you tell us within two (2) Business Days after you discover that your Password has been lost or stolen, you will be liable for no more the $50 if someone used your Password without your authorization. If you do not tell us within two Business Days, you may be liable for up to $500. If your statement shows transfers that you did not make or any other errors, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the statement was mailed to you, you may be for liable for the full amount if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from making the unauthorized transfers. If you tell us about these errors orally, we may ask you to send us your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days. If you do not comply with our request within 10 days, we may stop our investigation and not credit your account.
