Member States shall ensure that in proceedings initiated with a view to adopting a decision requiring that an infringement of Article 101 or Article 102 TFEU be brought to an end, national competition authorities may after seeking the views of market participants, either formally or informally, by decision make ▌commitments offered by undertakings or associations of undertakings binding, where those commitments meet the concerns expressed by those authorities. Such a decision may be adopted for a specified period, and shall conclude that there are no longer grounds for action by the national competition authority concerned.

  • Special and Differential Treatment for the Newer Asean Member States In order to increase the benefits of this Agreement for the newer ASEAN Member States, and in accordance with the objectives and principles set out in the Preamble and Articles 1 (Objective) and 2 (Guiding Principles), Member States recognise the importance of according special and differential treatment to the newer ASEAN Member States, through:

  • Preference for United States Industry Notwithstanding any other provision of this clause, neither the Contractor nor any assignee shall grant to any person the exclusive right to use or sell any subject invention in the United States unless the person agrees that any products embodying the subject invention or produced through the use of the subject invention will be manufactured substantially in the United States.   • Government Data Practices Vendor and Sourcewell must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as it applies to all data provided by or provided to Sourcewell under this Contract and as it applies to all data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by the Vendor under this Contract. If the Vendor receives a request to release the data referred to in this article, the Vendor must immediately notify Sourcewell and Sourcewell will assist with how the Vendor should respond to the request.

  • Government Procurement ARTICLE 6.1

  • Super Stats Employees who are required to work on Christmas Day, Labour Day or Good Friday, shall be paid at the rate of two and one-half (2.5) times for the first 7.5 hours worked and shall receive another day off with pay as a paid holiday.
