Member Opt-Out Right. We offer the Overdraft service as a service and convenience to members for incidental overdrafts. We do not encourage you to repeatedly overdraw your account. We encourage you to manage your finances responsibly. You may opt out of the Overdraft service at any time by notifying us verbally or in writing. We may require that any verbal opt-out be confirmed in writing. You understand that by opting out of this service, we may refuse to pay any check or item that is presented against an insufficient balance on your account and you will be responsible for any Returned Item fees. You are still responsible to pay any overdraft, even if you have opted out of the service.

  • MANAGEMENT RIGHTS 3.01 The Union acknowledges that all management rights and prerogatives are vested exclusively with the Employer and without limiting the generality of the foregoing; it is the exclusive function of the Employer:

  • OPTION CONSIDERATION As consideration for this Option to Purchase Agreement, the Buyer/ Tenant shall pay the Seller/Landlord a non-refundable fee of Dollars ($ ), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Seller/Landlord.   • Cash Option [ ] (a) The Employer may permit a Participant to elect to defer to the Plan, an amount not to exceed % of any Employer paid cash bonus made for such Participant for any year. A Participant must file an election to defer such contribution at least fifteen (15) days prior to the end of the Plan Year. If the Employee fails to make such an election, the entire Employer paid cash bonus to which the Participant would be entitled shall be paid as cash and not to the Plan. Amounts deferred under this section shall be treated for all purposes as Elective Deferrals. Notwithstanding the above, the election to defer must be made before the bonus is made available to the Participant.
