Member Identification. All Members of the Company and their Membership Interests shall be listed in the books and records of the Company maintained for such purpose by the Company (or the Transfer Agent, if any). The Manager shall update the books and records of the Company from time to time as necessary to reflect accurately the information therein (or shall cause the Transfer Agent to do so, as applicable). This list shall be kept internally and disclosed only on a need-to-know basis in the discretion of the Manager or as may be required by applicable law.
Member Identification. All Members of the Company and their Units shall be listed on Exhibit B, which is incorporated and made a part hereof. The Manager shall update Exhibit B from time to time as necessary to accurately reflect the information contained therein.

Member Identification. (a) Both parties agree to develop appropriate technology and web interfaces to identify and track Member Data necessary for calculating all payments hereunder. The parties shall work together to enable xxxxxxxxx.xxx to identify WellPoint Members coming from WellPoint or Affiliate sites to the xxxxxxxxx.xxx Site, including without limitation enabling WellPoint Members to provide xxxxxxxxx.xxx with identifying, verifiable membership numbers related to their Health Plans.
Member Identification. Anthem shall ensure that Plan provides a means of identifying Member either by issuing a paper, plastic, electronic, or other identification document to Member or by a telephonic, paper or electronic communication to Provider. This identification need not include all information necessary to determine Member's eligibility at the time a Health Service is rendered, but shall include information necessary to contact Plan to determine Member's participation in the applicable Health Benefit Plan. Provider acknowledges and agrees that possession of such identification document or ability to access eligibility information telephonically or electronically, in and of itself, does not qualify the holder thereof as a Member, nor does the lack thereof mean that the person is not a Member.
Member Identification. Company will supply Members with a means of identifying themselves to Group and/or a Group Physician (e.g., an identification card) which indicates the Member's participation in a Group Subscriber Contract. Group and each Group Physician will make a good faith effort in using the Eligibility/Benefits Verification telephone number on the identification card to confirm that the individual presenting a Company identification card is in fact the Member whose name appears on Company identification card and is eligible for coverage.
