Member Contact. In no event will Licensee, Sublicensee, or their agents, contractors, employees or representatives encourage any Member to disenroll from, or to cancel or freeze such Member’s membership or other agreement for personal training or other services with, Licensor to facilitate a sale or continued provision of Services to such Member.

Member Contact. The Member reserves the right to change the Contact as needed by giving written notice to the Cooperative. Such notice is not effective until actually received by the Cooperative.
Member Contact. The plan shall contact HEALTH CHECK (EPSDT) eligible children within sixty (60) days of enrollment and encourage them to make an appointment for a health and dental screening.
Member Contact. DENTIST agrees not to directly contact -------------- PacifiCare Members in regards to business related matters pertaining to PacifiCare Plans without PacifiCare's prior written approval.
Member Contact. Facility agrees to not directly contact Members during the Term of this Agreement in regard to business related matters pertaining to the Program apart from payment of compensation due from Member to Facility under the Program, such as, but not limited to, switching health care plans, disenrolling, enrolling with other health care plans or similar entities, or contracting directly with Facility instead of Tivity Health and Sponsoring Organization.
