Common use of Meetings of the Trustees Clause in Contracts

Meetings of the Trustees. The Trustees of the Trust may hold meetings, both regular and special, either within or without the State of Delaware. Meetings of the Trustees may be called orally or in writing by or at the direction of the Chair or his or her designee or by a majority of the Trustees. Meetings of the Board of Trustees and any committee or sub-committee thereof may be held in person or by telephonic or other electronic means.
