MEETINGS OF DEBENTURE HOLDERS. The following provisions shall apply to the Meetings of the Debenture Holders (subject to Applicable Laws):
MEETINGS OF DEBENTURE HOLDERS. Meetings of holders of Debentures (Series A) shall be conducted as provided in the Second Schedule to this Deed.
MEETINGS OF DEBENTURE HOLDERS. (a) The Trustee shall call a meeting/cause a meeting of Debenture Holders with notice to the Bank and all Debenture Holders on a requisition being received in writing signed by the Debenture Holders of at least one tenth (1/10) of the face value of the Debentures for the time being outstanding or if requested by the Bank.
MEETINGS OF DEBENTURE HOLDERS. The convening of a meeting of Debenture Holders, the method of conducting the meeting and various conditions pertaining thereto shall be in accordance with the Second Schedule.
MEETINGS OF DEBENTURE HOLDERS. With respect to general meetings of the Debenture Holders, the provisions of Section 31 of the Indenture shall apply, and they are included in this Addendum by reference.

MEETINGS OF DEBENTURE HOLDERS. General meetings of the Debenture Holders will be convened and managed, as stated in the second addendum to the Deed of Trust.
