Common use of Meetings by Telephone Clause in Contracts

Meetings by Telephone. Managers, or any committee designated by the Managers, may participate in a meeting of the Managers or such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment, by means of which all individuals participating in the meeting can hear one another, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at the meeting, except where an individual participates in the meeting solely for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened.
