Meetings and Training. You are required to participate in one departmental faculty meeting per department in which you teach per semester and to satisfactorily complete any training that the School identifies as mandatory for faculty.

Meetings and Training. Staff meetings will be called in two (2) ways, voluntary and mandatory meetings. Voluntary meetings that occur during an employee’s off hours will be attended at the employee’s choice. Mandatory meetings or training that occur during an employee’s off hours must be attended and said employee will receive their regular rate of pay for any time spent in these meetings in one-quarter (¼) hour segments with one-quarter (¼) hour minimum of payment. The Vendor shall regularly consult with BTI and its staff to provide full information regarding portfolio management strategy and analysis, in order to assist BTI's development of a diversified, skilled, and balanced team approach to quantitative investment of its funds. This interface shall include regular telephone communication, exchange of written data and analysis, and other interaction as requested by BTI. The Vendor shall consult with and inform BTI staff as requested in development of portfolio investment ideas, strategy and execution, as well as ongoing evaluation of strategy and performance. The Vendor shall attend performance and risk reviews at the offices of BTI at least annually.
Meetings and Training. 13.22 When an employee is required by an appropriate administrator to attend a staff meeting or work-related training during non-working hours, an employee shall receive no less than two (2) hours pay. Time spent participating in such activity shall be compensable pursuant to the overtime provisions of this Article. Only the hours spent participating in the staff meeting or work-related training shall be counted as time worked for the purpose of computing overtime. The hours credited but not worked but credited shall be paid at the straight time rate of pay.
