Common use of Meetings and Hearings Clause in Contracts

Meetings and Hearings. All meetings and hearings under this procedure shall be conducted in private and shall include only the parties of interest and their designated or selected representatives. A representative of the Association may be present at all stages of the grievance procedure. For all District scheduled grievance meetings, the administrator shall be flexible to allow attendance by the grievant and an Association representative.
