Common use of Meeting with Other Faculty Organizations Clause in Contracts

Meeting with Other Faculty Organizations. This Agreement shall not be construed to prevent the Board or any administrator from meeting with any employee or employee organizations, including the faculty association, representing full-time faculty members for the purpose of hearing the views and proposals of such employee or such employee organizations, provided that as to those matters covered by this Agreement no change or modification shall be made except through negotiation and agreement with the Union.

However, the specific rights granted to the Association by this Agreement shall not be extended to any competing union.
