Meeting of the Bargaining Committee. In the event of either the Employer or the Union wishing to call a meeting of the Committee, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement. Such meeting shall be arranged within ten (10) calendar days after the request has been made.

Meeting of the Bargaining Committee. In the event either party wishes to call a bargaining meeting following the serving of a notice ninety (90) days prior to the cessation of the Collective Agreement, the meeting shall be held within two (2) weeks of receiving the request unless mutually agreed otherwise.
