Meeting Notes. The Contractor shall take notes and prepare reports for all meetings, to include recurring weekly/monthly meetings and teleconferences. Within five working days after date of meeting, Contractor shall prepare meeting notes in typed form and furnish it to the Government PM for concurrence and distribution to all attendees. Contractor shall provide the following items in all meeting notes:

This report shall include the following items as a minimum:  The date and place the meeting was held with a list of attendees.  The roster of attendees shall include name, organization, and telephone number.  Comments made during the meeting and decisions affecting criteria changes shall be recorded in the basic meeting notes.  Meeting notes should document any augmentation of written comments.

The meeting notes from each RSG meeting will be raised as a motion for adoption at the following RSG meeting.
Meeting Notes. The Coordinators will provide for the preparation, review and distribution of draft meeting notes within 7 days following the committee meeting. Representatives may provide editorial comments directly to the Coordinators by email, but substantive comments should be raised during the review of the notes at the next meeting for discussion and resolution, as necessary. Following that meeting, the Coordinators will finalize the meeting notes and distribute to the Representatives. Any changes to meeting notes that were suggested by a Representative but not accepted by the TCC or ACC for inclusion will be appended to meeting notes.
