Medicare Cost Reports. Seller shall promptly prepare, submit to Buyer for its review, and file Medicare cost reports for the Facility for all periods up to and including the Closing Date within the time provided by applicable law and regulations. Buyer agrees to cooperate and assist Seller at Seller's cost in the preparation of Seller's Medicare cost reports.
Medicare Cost Reports. The Medicare cost reports relating to the Business previously furnished by the Seller to the Purchaser are true, correct and complete in all material respects.
Medicare Cost Reports. Borrower has timely filed all Cost Reports required by third party payors, including, but not limited, to Medicare, Medi-Cal, and such other commercial payors, as applicable.
