Medical Standards. Each Medical Provider shall perform all medical services to be provided hereunder in accordance with the current standards of care in the medical community and any credentialing and quality criteria that are adopted from time to time by Company, the Facility and/or Practice
Medical Standards. The City will establish pre-employment medical standards for all classifications represented by the San Xxxxxx Fire Chief Officers’ Association.

Attachments to the City of San Rafael’s official job class specifications have been developed by Rehab 90 to describe the activity and frequency of the activities performed by the employee in the course and scope of their job classification.
