Common use of Medical Staff Clause in Contracts

Medical Staff. Except as set forth on Section 4.23 of the Disclosure Schedule, the Shareholder has no Knowledge of a physician who is providing services on behalf of the Company who plans, or has threatened to terminate his or her employment or other relationship with the Company. None of the physicians providing services on behalf of the Company currently has plans to retire from the practice of medicine in the next three (3) years.

None To the Shareholder’s Knowledge, none of the physicians providing services on behalf of who is employed or engaged by the Company currently has plans to retire from the practice of medicine in the next three (3) years.

None To the Shareholder’s Actual Knowledge, none of the physicians providing services on behalf of who is employed or engaged by the Company currently has plans to retire from the practice of medicine in the next three (3) years.
