Common use of Medical Staff Privileges Clause in Contracts

Medical Staff Privileges. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to prohibit Physician from maintaining professional staff membership or clinical privileges at any acute care hospital or other health facility licensed to provide patient care for stays in excess of twenty-four (24) hours, so long as maintaining such privileges does not in any manner result in Physician competing with Employer in the Service Area.
