Medical Staff By-Laws. A. Where there is an organized medical staff, there shall be Medical Staff by-laws. In hospitals where there are ten (10) or more full-time Bargaining Xxxx 00 employees providing direct patient care, they may form an organized medical staff. Division of Juvenile Justice within CDCR currently has no hospitals which are covered by this Provision. In every DSH facility accredited by the Joint Commission, the Organized Medical Staff shall have medical staff by-laws that conform to the Medical Staff standards chapter of the Joint Commission.

Medical Staff By-Laws. The Board of Trustees shall require the Medical Staff to develop, adopt and periodically review bylaws and rules and regulations governing the Medical Staff and to submit such bylaws, amendments and rules and regulations to the Board of Trustees for approval, and such bylaws and amendments thereto as approved by the Board of Trustees shall become part of the bylaws of the Exeter Hospital, Inc.; provided that the Board of Trustees reserves the right to adopt or amend any bylaws, rules and regulations if in the Trustees’ reasonable opinion, such action is necessary in order to achieve the hospitals objectives, protect the safety of patients, maintain the hospitals financial stability, or assure the hospitals compliance with legal, governmental, or other regulatory requirements.

  • Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings If Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor must comply with the City’s Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings requirements, as set forth in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, including the remedies provided therein.

  • Medical Examinations An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, inoculation and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse affect on the employee's health.

  • Assistance by COUNTY STAFF 1.3.1. COUNTY shall assign an appropriate staff member to work with A-E in connection with the work of this CONTRACT.
