Common use of Medical Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Medical Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse Employee for medical expenses incurred by Employee for himself or his immediate family which are not covered expenses pursuant to the health insurance policies provided by Company pursuant to paragraph (b), above, in an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) per annum.

Medical Reimbursement. The Company Employer shall reimburse Employee for medical expenses incurred by Employee for himself or his immediate family which are not covered expenses pursuant to the health insurance policies provided by Company pursuant to paragraph (bB), above, in an amount not to exceed Three Four Thousand Dollars ($3,0004,000) per annum.
