Common use of Medical Plans Clause in Contracts

Medical Plans. The Benefit Plan shall include the following options: 1. Two Point-of-Service (POS) plans with differentials between in-network and out- of-network plan designs. The two plans shall be: a. PLAN A – The Board shall maintain the Point-of-Service (POS) health plan, which is open to all unit members. The Board shall pay 90 percent of the annual premium for each unit member enrolled in the plan and the unit member shall pay 10 percent of the annual premium for the plan.
