Common use of Medical Fitness Clause in Contracts

Medical Fitness. 11:01 At the request of the Agency, an employee may be required to have a medical examination from a duly qualified medical practitioner mutually acceptable to the employee and the Agency. The Agency shall pay for any and all costs incurred by the employee if such costs are not paid by the Manitoba Health.

Medical Fitness. 11:01 27:01 At the request of the Agency, an employee may be required to have a medical examination from a duly qualified practitioner acceptable to or appointed by the Agency. The medical practitioner mutually acceptable will provide a report to the employee and Agency on a form provided by the AgencyAgency to the employee. The Agency shall pay for any and all costs incurred by the employee cost of the medical examination if such costs are the cost is not paid covered by the Manitoba HealthHealth Services Commission.
