Medical Exam. 439. In instances when covered employees are exposed to conditions hazardous to their health and when required by State law, said employee may request and be entitled to a medical examination. The cost will be paid by the City.
Medical Exam. 315. In instances when covered employees are exposed to conditions hazardous to their health, an employee may request and be entitled to a medical examination (not to exceed 1 per 12 month period) to be considered as time worked.
