Medical and Hospitalization. A member retiring after January 1, 1986 on an unreduced OMERS pension shall have the option to continue participation in the retirees Medical and Hospitalization Plan until age sixty five (65) years. Where the member elects to continue participation, the Board shall contribute seventy five percent (75%) of the cost of the premium of such coverage. For members retiring on or after July 1, 1991, the Board shall contribute one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the premiums for such coverage. Coverage is as follows:

The Board shall provide medical single or family coverage, in either: One of the following plans: SuperMed Plus (Non-Gatekeeper) or another Comprehensive Major Medical Plan. Medical and Hospitalization. 22.01 The Employer agrees to pay the cost covering the following items for all full time Employees: 100% of the Major Medical Plan in force in the County of Huron, or equivalent (generic substitution required unless specifically required by physician otherwise); 1 00% of the Ontario Hospital Insurance Plan (OHIP} and Supplementary coverage in force in the County of Huron, or equivalent; 1 00 % of the Basic Optical Plan - $300/2yrs; 75% of the Preventive Basic Dental Care Plan, or equivalent, in force in the County of Huron, at current ODA fee guide, 9 month recall; 1 00% of the Group Life Insurance Plan in force in the County of Huron, or equivalent; 1 00% of an Employee Assistance Program. Chiropractic care; The $350 per annum deductible is eliminated effective June 15, 201 1, In relation to chiropractic services received by full-time Employees on or after June 1 5, 201 1. Effective January 1, 2015, the Massage Therapy benefit I ncreases to $500 per annum.
Medical and Hospitalization. 22.01 (a) The Board agrees to pay 100% of premiums for participating full-time employees and 50% of premiums for participating part-time employees for Extended Health Care coverage in effect at the time of this Agreement to dependents as defined under the Plan to a maximum age of twenty-five (25) if such dependents are in full-time attendance as a student at an accredited college or university. The Board agrees to maintain a Vision Care Plan with coverage to a maximum of $200 during a 24-month period, such coverage to include contact lenses. In the event the Ontario Health Care Plan is discontinued and the Ontario Health Insurance Plan reinstated, the Board agrees to pay 100% of the premiums for participating full-time employees and 50% of the premiums for participating part-time employees. The Board agrees to provide a dental plan equivalent to the plan in existence at the time of this Agreement. The Board agrees to provide dental coverage based on the Ontario Dental Association Fee Schedule in effect two (2) years prior to the current schedule. The existing dental plan coverage is amended to provide for regular dental recall examinations on the following schedule: Children (18 year of age and under) - once every six (6) months. Adults - once every nine (9) months.

Medical and Hospitalization. 16.01 The Corporation agrees to pay 100% of the cost of premiums for participating regular and probationary employees in the following Health Plans or their equivalents. With any change in the carrier to the following plans (except Employer Health Tax) the Corporation shall ensure that the administration and procedures involved in obtaining the various services provided in the plans shall be maintained at the current level (June 19, 1987). Before making such a substitution, the Corporation shall notify the Union to explain the proposed change and to ascertain the views of the employees. Upon request by the Union, the Corporation shall provide the Union full specifications of the benefits programs contracted for and in effect for employees covered therein.
