MEDICAL AND HEALTH INSURANCE. The Company shall, at its sole expense, provide the Executive (and his dependents) with the highest level of coverage provided to any executive employee of the Company under (and in accordance with the terms and conditions of) the Company's medical and health insurance plans, as in effect from time to time, for the otherwise remaining duration of the Term; provided that to the extent such coverage may be unavailable under such medical and health insurance plans due to restrictions imposed by the insurer(s) under such plans, the Company shall provide equivalent coverage, if such coverage is available.

MEDICAL AND HEALTH INSURANCE. The Company shall, at its sole expense, provide the Executive (and his dependents) with coverage under (and in accordance with the terms and conditions of) the Company's medical, health, disability and dental insurance plans, as in effect from time to time, for the period of three (3) months; provided, however, that to the extent such coverage may be unavailable under such medical, health, disability and dental insurance plans due to restrictions imposed by the insurer(s) under such plans, the Company shall take such action as may be required to provide equivalent benefits from other sources.
MEDICAL AND HEALTH INSURANCE. Section 1 The Employer agrees to maintain medical insurance coverage in accordance with benefit levels that were in effect in 2001. The parties acknowledge that the current coverage is provided by Oxford and that this coverage satisfies the benefit levels required hereunder. It is acknowledged that pursuant to law, the employer may seek health coverage from other providers as long as said coverage is the equivalent or better than the above plan. Employees hired on or after January 1, 2002 shall be provided “point of service” coverage by the Township and shall have the option of selecting other available coverage by paying the difference between the cost of “point of service” and the cost of such other insurance.
MEDICAL AND HEALTH INSURANCE. The Executive is entitled to remain in his current medical plan or similar plan providing comparable benefits as far as is reasonably practicable to those which the Executive currently enjoys for the Severance Period at the US Employer's expense. The UK Employer agrees to provide at its expense, cover in respect of total and permanent disability for the Severance Period which is substantially equivalent in all material respects to the cover enjoyed by the Executive during his employment. The Executive confirms that he will undertake all necessary steps to facilitate the provision of such cover, including making himself available for medicals and providing relevant information both to the UK Employer and any third party broker or insurer or their representatives or health professionals. The Executive confirms and warrants that the provision of these benefits will fulfil the US Employer's obligations under Clause 7(f)(i)(D) of the Employment Agreement;
MEDICAL AND HEALTH INSURANCE. RIL operates a private medical insurance scheme (currently BUPA), which you will be invited to join. This provides you and 3 your family with cover at RIL's expense.   • HIPAA To the extent (if any) that DXC discloses “Protected Health Information” or “PHI” as defined in the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules (45 CFR, Part 160-164) issued pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) to Supplier or Supplier accesses, maintains, uses, or discloses PHI in connection with the performance of Services or functions under this Agreement, Supplier will: (a) not use or further disclose PHI other than as permitted or required by this Agreement or as required by law; (b) use appropriate safeguards to prevent use or disclosure of PHI other than as provided for by this Agreement, including implementing requirements of the HIPAA Security Rule with regard to electronic PHI; (c) report to DXC any use or disclosure of PHI not provided for under this Agreement of which Supplier becomes aware, including breaches of unsecured protected health information as required by 45 CFR §164.410, (d) in accordance with 45 CFR §164.502(e)(1)(ii), ensure that any subcontractors or agents of Supplier that create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI created, received, maintained or transmitted by Supplier on DXC’s behalf, agree to the same restrictions and conditions that apply to Supplier with respect of such PHI; (e) make available PHI in a Designated Record Set (if any is maintained by Supplier) in accordance with 45 CFR section 164.524;
