Medical and Group Life Insurance. The Company agrees to include Executive only in the group medical and hospital plan of the Company, and provide group life insurance for Executive only at no charge, in the coverage amount of $15,000.00,(Fifteen Thousand Only) during this Agreement. Family members may be included in group medical and hospital plan at normal family rates. Executive shall be responsible for payment of any federal or state income tax imposed upon these benefits.
Medical and Group Life Insurance. In the event the Company offers such a plan, Company agrees to include Executive, at the Executive’s option, in a group medical and hospital insurance plan the Company may offer during this Agreement. Executive shall be responsible for payment of any federal or state income tax imposed upon these benefits. The offering of a group medical and hospital insurance plan is at the discretion of the Company and NOT a condition of employment by the Executive.
Medical and Group Life Insurance. Company agrees to include Executive in the group medical and hospital plan of Company and provide group life insurance for Executive at no charge to Executive.
Medical and Group Life Insurance. Employer agrees to include Employee in the group medical and hospital plan of Employer and provide group life insurance for Employee at no charge to Employee in the amount of $250,000.00 during this agreement.
Medical and Group Life Insurance. In the event the Company offers such a plan, Company agrees to include Chairman, including Chairman’s immediate family, at the Chairman’s option, in a group medical and hospital insurance plan the Company may offer during this Chairman Agreement. The offering of a group medical and hospital insurance plan is at the discretion of the Company and NOT a condition of engagement by the Chairman.
Medical and Group Life Insurance. The Company agrees to include Txxxxx, Spouse, present and future children in the group medical and hospital plan of the Company and provide group life insurance for Txxxxx at no charge to Txxxxx in the amount of ten times the annual salaried income during this Agreement. Txxxxx shall be responsible for payment of any federal or state income tax imposed upon these benefits. o D&O Insurance. The Company will provide D&O insurance commensurate with $10,000,000 of risk. o Pension and Profit Sharing Plans. Txxxxx shall be entitled to participate in any pension or profit sharing plan or other type of plan adopted by the Company for the benefit of its officers and/or regular employees. o Expense Reimbursement. Txxxxx shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable expenses, including travel and entertainment, incurred by Txxxxx in the performance of duties. Txxxxx will maintain records and written receipts as required by the Company's policy and reasonably requested by the Board of Directors to substantiate such expenses.
Medical and Group Life Insurance. Employer agrees to provide Executive with major medical health and group life insurance that is consistent with what all other Employer Executives receive. Employer retains the right to select and to change the insurance provider at its discretion.
Medical and Group Life Insurance. Company agrees to include Executive in the group medical and hospital plan of North Star Enterprises and provide group life insurance for Executive at no charge to Executive in the amount of 500000 during this Agreement. Executive shall be responsible for payment of any federal or state income tax imposed upon these benefits.
Medical and Group Life Insurance. Verdisys agrees to include Xxxxxx Xxxxxx in the group medical and hospital plan of Verdisys and provide group life insurance for Xxxxxx Xxxxxx at no charge to Xxxxxx Xxxxxx in the amount of $1,000,000.00 during this Agreement. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx shall be responsible for payment of any federal or state income tax imposed upon these benefits.
Medical and Group Life Insurance. The Company agrees to include Xx. Xxxxxx and his dependents in the group medical and hospital plan of the Company at no charge to Xx. Xxxxxx during this Agreement.
