Common use of Medical and Dental Plans Clause in Contracts

Medical and Dental Plans. Each eligible employee may participate in one of the medical and dental plans offered as part of the Samaritan Choice Plans, in accordance with the terms applicable to the majority of the hospital’s employees. The hospital retains the right to change the medical and/or dental plans offered as part of the Samaritan Choice Plans, as applicable to the majority of the hospital’s employees, provided, however, that the Hospital will provide notice to the Union prior to Open Enrollment of any such changes. Medical premiums for 2022, 2023 and 2024 will be as outlined in Exhibit A.
